The Business Challenge
The 75 commands from JT's Masterclass were written for JT1, one brain at a time. In JT5 you ask them to the boardroom, so every command gets several expert views and one Team consensus.
This is the full plan: 8 sections and 15 Plan Days of 5 commands each. Your Plan emails bring you one Plan Day every few days, about one section a week. Print it and tick off each day.
Prerequisites
JT5 in your hub picker. Can't see it? See the JT5 Starter Guide: Your First Session.
A project named JT5 Boardroom Plan. Click New project in the list on the left, type the name and press Enter. See How to Organize JT5 Chats With Projects.
A three-line business snapshot: what you sell and to whom, your revenue and team, and what's working and what isn't.
Important: if a brain shows Upgrade next to its name, or you see Upgrade required when you pick it, that brain isn't open on your login. Pick another brain, or let JT5 choose: Auto in JT5 Boardroom, AutoPilot AI in AutoPilot AI. Then carry on.
How Each Day Works
Every day has the same fields. Where to Ask is JT5 Boardroom with Auto unless noted, and the JT5 Move matches that day's email. Start a new chat each day with your snapshot on top, fill in brackets like $[____] and [industry], and ask one command at a time. Give each one a minute or two. After the first answer, click the chat's three dots in the list on the left, choose Move to project and pick JT5 Boardroom Plan.
Section 1: Reality Check
Day 1: The Wake-Up Call
Objective: Face your business reality.
Commands:
1. My business does $[____] in [industry]. List the top 5 reasons businesses at this level get stuck.

4. In [industry], what do most owners focus on that does not create scale?
5. What am I avoiding right now that is keeping me capped?
JT5 Move: File your first chat. From the chat's three dots, choose Move to project (JT5 Boardroom Plan) and Rename it "Day 1". The print icon under a Team consensus puts it on paper. The three dots sit next to the chat in the list on the left.
Action: Record every answer. Circle what hits hardest. Be brutally honest with yourself.
Done: [ ]
Day 2: The Hard Truth

9. What bigger opportunity in my industry am I not positioned to capture?
10. What single decision do founders at my level delay that costs the most momentum?
JT5 Move: Try a lens. The moment a Team consensus finishes, click Try a lens right under it and pick Critique and Refine. A sharpened Team consensus appears below the original, without asking the brains again. It counts toward your usage like a question.
Action: Write down every vulnerability. Make one decision you have been delaying.
Done: [ ]

Done: [ ]
Worked Example: Day 3, Start to Finish
Start a new chat with your snapshot on top. Click JT5 Boardroom, choose Auto, fill in the $[____] in command 11 and send.
Give it a minute or two. Read the Team consensus first, then switch to Tabbed to see where the brains disagree. From the chat's three dots in the list on the left, choose Move to project and pick JT5 Boardroom Plan.
Ask commands 12 to 15 the same way, one at a time.
Click the AutoPilot AI icon inside the message box (the left of the two icons by the mic), pick COO (How To Brain) and ask for this week's plan to fix the biggest profit leak. It builds on the Team consensus, so there is nothing to paste.
Click the print icon under the plan. Then, from the chat's three dots, choose Rename and call it "Day 3".
You finish with five Team consensus answers and a plan for this week. What it is worth depends on what you put in and the work you do next.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Two questions in one. You get two half answers. Ask each command on its own.
Skipping the snapshot. The brains answer for a business in general, not yours.
Reading every brain before the Team consensus. Team consensus first, then the disagreements.
Attaching files the question doesn't need. Every brain at the table reads them.
One giant chat for every day. A new chat each day keeps every answer clean.
After the Plan: Your Weekly Boardroom
Set up: click New project in the list on the left, type Weekly Boardroom and press Enter.
Every Monday: start a new chat, choose JT5 Boardroom and Auto, and ask command 71: "What matters in the next 7 days only? Give me the short list." Then click the chat's three dots in the list on the left, choose Move to project and pick Weekly Boardroom.
Every Friday: open Monday's chat, click the AutoPilot AI icon inside the message box (the left of the two icons by the mic), and pick 24-7 Business & Life Coach. Write two lines on what moved, plus your KPI numbers, then ask command 74: "Where am I spending time on low-value work and what should replace it?"
Every quarter: rerun the Plan section you need most, with fresh numbers.

Key Takeaway
Seventy-five commands, fifteen Plan Days, one boardroom. Ask one command at a time, read the Team consensus first, and build the plan with one brain.
Then take on the Vision Command at your first Monday boardroom:
"Write my 10-year vision statement as if it already happened. I run a [business type], I serve [who], and I stand for [what]. Make it so powerful I want to read it every morning."
Read it every morning. Now, execute.
