Give the brains your real documents, and take the answer away on paper.
Attach Files
Step 1: Open the + File menu. Click + File and choose Attach a file, Add an image, or Your files to reuse something you've already uploaded. You can also drag files straight into the chat.
Step 2: Stay inside the limits. Attach up to 10 files per message. Documents can be up to 10 MB each, and images up to 25 MB.
Step 3: Attach only what the question needs. Every brain at the table reads your files, so give them the one that matters, not the whole folder.
Step 4: Summarize one long document. For a quick summary of a single long document, click AutoPilot AI, pick Document Upload Brain, and attach the document to that same message. You can type the brain's name in the search box. In a new chat, AutoPilot AI is the button below the message box. In a chat that already has answers, it is the left of the two icons by the mic, at the bottom right of the message box. A brain you can't use has an Upgrade tag in the list. If it shows Upgrade required, clear the search box, then pick another brain or AutoPilot AI at the top of the list.
Make a PDF
Just ask for it:
"Send me that as a PDF."
The PDF appears as a file right under the answer. Click the download arrow on it to save it. On a boardroom answer, it is made from the Team consensus.
Other Ways to Keep an Answer
The print and copy icons sit under each answer. In your browser's print window, choose Save as PDF to keep a copy.
Copy to new chat is the crossed-arrows icon between the print and copy icons under an answer. It starts a new chat from that point, so you can carry on from one idea.
Download .md or Download Word (.rtf) saves a whole chat. You'll find them in the chat's three dots, next to Print PDF and Copy (Markdown).
