Projects keep one piece of work together, like your Boardroom Plan or your Weekly Boardroom.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Create a project. Click New project under Projects on the left, type a name in the box, and press Enter. Choose a name you want to keep.
Step 2: Move a chat in. Click the three dots next to a chat, choose Move to project, then pick the project.
Step 3: See one project at a time. Click a project to see only its chats. Click it again to see all your chats.
Step 4: Name and branch your chats. In the same menu, use Rename, type the new name and press Enter, so each chat says what it is, for example "Day 4 Revenue". Use Duplicate to try a different direction without losing the original.
Suggested Setup
JT5 Boardroom Plan: one chat for each of the 15 Plan Days in The JT5 Boardroom Plan.
Weekly Boardroom: your Monday decision and your Friday review.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do my JT1 chats show up in JT5? No. Each hub keeps its own chats. To bring one over, use Open in JT5. See How to Bring a JT1 Chat Into JT5.
Does a new chat go into the project I'm looking at? No. A new chat always starts outside your projects. After the first answer, click the project again to see all your chats, then move the new chat in from its three dots.
Can I move a chat out of a project again? Yes. Click the chat's three dots, choose Move to project, then Remove from project at the bottom of the list.
