JT5 Troubleshooting: Access, Slow Answers and Messages

What is normal in JT5, what each message means, and what to do next.

This page covers what is normal in JT5 and what each message means. If something keeps happening, tell Support. It is ours to fix, not yours to work around.

What You See, What It Means, What to Do

JT5 isn't in the hub picker

  • What It Means: JT5 may not show until the page loads again, especially if you were already logged in when it was turned on for you.

  • What to Do: Log out and back in, or reload the page. Still missing? Contact Support (see below).

Upgrade required pops up when you pick a brain

  • What It Means: That brain isn't open on your login.

  • What to Do: Pick another brain, or let JT5 choose: Auto in JT5 Boardroom, AutoPilot AI in AutoPilot AI.

The boardroom is still going

  • What It Means: The brains answer one after another, then the Team consensus comes together.

  • What to Do: Give it a minute or two. Changed your mind? While it runs, the round Send arrow turns into a square Stop button. Click it to stop.

Unavailable on one brain

  • What It Means: That brain couldn't finish. The other brains and the Team consensus still run on what arrived.

  • What to Do: To hear from that brain, ask it alone in AutoPilot AI.

Could not finish, with Try again

  • What It Means: The answer stopped partway or didn't come back. What arrived stays on screen.

  • What to Do: Click Try again.

Could not finish on the Team consensus, with no button

  • What It Means: The Team consensus stopped partway.

  • What to Do: Read each brain's view, or ask again for a fresh consensus.

Lost the connection

  • What It Means: The connection to JT5 dropped while the answer was coming in and could not be picked back up.

  • What to Do: Click Reload. The finished answer shows if it was saved. If it keeps happening, tell Support.

Could not answer

  • What It Means: No brain in the boardroom could answer this one. Asking again right away won't help.

  • What to Do: Read the message on each brain.

That question was too long to answer

  • What It Means: Your question is over the length limit.

  • What to Do: Shorten it, or split it into two questions.

The document could not be created, or could not be turned into a PDF

  • What It Means: The answer arrived, but the PDF wasn't made.

  • What to Do: Ask again once. If it fails again, tell Support.

Microphone Permission Denied

  • What It Means: Your browser is blocking JT5 from using your mic.

  • What to Do: Allow the microphone for app.corebrain.ai in your browser's site settings, then click the mic again.

No Microphone Found

  • What It Means: JT5 can't find a mic on your computer.

  • What to Do: Connect a microphone and click the mic again, or type your question instead.

Microphone Unavailable

  • What It Means: Another app is using your mic.

  • What to Do: Close the other app, such as a video call, then click the mic again.

Near your limit

  • What It Means: A short line under the message box tells you how much you've used.

  • What to Do: Keep going. If you reach your limit, the message on the answer says when you can ask again.

Getting Help

  • Click the help icon at the top right, then Support. Then click Ask a question or Send us a message, whichever you see.

  • The CoreBrain AI Agent answers first. Choose I Need Help Using CoreBrain.ai, or type your question. The support team works 9 to 5 ET, Monday to Friday.

  • Include the email you used to buy and what you saw on screen.
