We've integrated a dedicated support chat widget directly into your workspace.
Step 1: Locate the Floating Chat Icon Look for the floating chat widget icon, which is always visible in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Use the Chat Widget Immediately upon clicking the icon, a chat widget will open. This is your direct communication channel with our support specialists.

On a Mobile Device
The support feature remains unchanged on mobile devices.
Step 1: Click "Support" in the Header Bar Look for the word "Support" clearly visible in the top header bar of your screen and click on it.
