I can’t log in

Steps to regain access to your CoreBrain.ai account.

If you’re having login issues, try the following steps:

  1. Can't find your login details?

  • After your purchase, you should have received an welcome email with your login credentials.

  • Search your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for “CoreBrain Username”

  1. Forgot your password?

    • Log out of your account (if applicable) to ensure a fresh start when resetting.

    • Navigate to the Ai Agency Group's login page in your browser or mobile app.

    • On the login screen, locate and click the Forgot Password link to start the process.

    • Provide the email address associated with your account when prompted.

    • Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a password reset email and follow the provided link to create a new, strong password.

  2. Still can’t log in?

  • Contact support via the chat widget in the bottom right corner with your purchase email.

  • Our team will confirm your account and reset your access if needed. - Didn’t receive the reset email? Wait a few minutes and try again, ensuring you entered the correct email linked to your account.

    • Multiple accounts linked to the same email? Contact Ai Agency Group Support for assistance.

    • Email link issues? If the email link to reset your password has expired, restart the password reset process promptly.
